Once you establish a plan for your small business, you must determine how you organize this plan to meet your business goals this visually shows the following.
·         What will be the relationships among your employees?
·         Divide the work you need to do .
·         Who reports to whom?
At first, you will be the only name on this chart. As a small business owner, you will be responsible for all these tasks. How will you function within this chart? At the same time, the chart will prepare you for future growth.
You have planed your business objectives ‘you have set your goals. How you will allocate your resources? Determine what tasks must be done? Determine the steps you will take to accomplish these objectives.
